ATK Carparts is the partner for original genuine, OEM carparts for the professional bodyworkshops and garages. Since several years ATK is a solid company and name for German brands, later on brands like Renault, Peugeot, Porsche, Kia, Toyota and Land Rover were added. Today, ATK Carparts offers the complete solution for several major brands. A large stock, personal service and advice thanks to a team with years of experience in the automotive sector, fast delivery and sharp prices are our USP's.
Start
The company was founded by M. Armand Taelman on January 13, 1976 and got the name Auto-onderdelen Taelman Kruishoutem, or in short ATK. In the beginning, he had one brand: Mercedes.
The German brands specialist
ATK Carparts has extended the assortment with 3 other German brands: Volkswagen, Audi and BMW. Till today, these are still the strength and the specialization of the company.
A new wind!
Kris Buyck and Kathleen Van Gysel take over the business and continue to develop the assortment till 14 brands. The team evolves as well with 2 drivers and 2 orderpickers.
Extension to the Bosstraat
ATK Carparts grows and a larger, modern building becomes necessary. In 2007 the offices and warehouse move to a brand-new location.
New IT-system
An important investment in a professional IT-system is introduced. The switch requires a modification of the structure and professionalizes the way of working, with customer service at the heart of the company.
A new housestyle
The logo and housestyle have been updated and a modern website launched. Meanwhile ATK has 21 brands in its assortment and a team of 20 persons.
Routings optimization
ATK continues to invest in IT and customer service with a tailor-made program for our drivers, which allows us to even better service our customers.
30 Brands!
We started 2021 with the launch of the FIAT group, Jeep, Dodge and Chrysler. Also the brand Opel joins the PSA family. This brings us to an assortment of 30 brands.
Welcome to Volvo and Polestar
The Swedish brands Volvo and Polestar joined the ATK assortment.
Take-over by Ghistelinck Automotive
ATK Carparts is now part of the Ghistelinck Automotive group. The ATK Carparts team remains the same, as well as our well-know service level.
